Micah joined Merriman’s in 2012 as a Server Assistant at Merriman’s Gourmet Pizza and Burgers. Through years of consistent hard work, humility, and dedication, he has grown into an integral part of the Merriman’s Kauaʻi team. He is currently member of our bar team, where he brings a true spirit of aloha to every shift—both crafting drinks and helping serve guests. Micah is the definition of team-first, always ready to support those around him with a calm, dependable presence. Known as a friend to all, he naturally creates warmth, connection, and genuine hospitality in every interaction. Micah also shares his beautiful gift of lei making, spreading Hawaiian tradition and generosity in a way that is uniquely his own. If you’ve ever received a lei at Merriman’s, there is a very good chance it was made by Micah’s hands.
