Dishwasher – Full-Time Position
Merriman’s Waimea is hiring a Dishwasher.
We’re looking for a reliable, team-oriented person who takes pride in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. We work with great ingredients, strong cooking techniques, and we will train the right candidate.
Pay and Benefits
Total pay: $33 to $35 per hour
Base pay: $17 to $25 per hour (based on experience)
Kitchen surcharge: $12 to $14 per hour on top of base pay
(4% service charge on food is allocated 100% to hourly kitchen employees)Tip sharing: approx. $4 per hour
Holiday pay: BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve

PTO accrual: up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3, and 120 hours after year 4
