Stocker – Full-Time Position
Merriman’s Kapalua is hiring Stockers.
This role supports daily kitchen operations by ensuring proper stocking, organization, and inventory flow in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Stockers play a critical role in keeping the kitchen running efficiently while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
Receive, organize, and properly store food and supply deliveries
Maintain accurate stock levels and rotate inventory according to freshness standards
Assist kitchen team by keeping work areas supplied and organized
Support sanitation and cleanliness standards in all storage and prep areas
Help with basic prep or breakdown tasks as needed
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned
Pay and Benefits
Total pay: $32–$35 per hour
Base pay: $15.25 per hour (based on experience)
Kitchen surcharge: $12–$14 per hour on top of base pay
Tip sharing: approximately $4 per hour
Holiday pay: Time-and-a-half for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve

PTO: Up to 40 hours during years 1–2, 80 hours after year 3, and 120 hours after year 4
