Cocktail / Point Server – Part-Time Position
Merriman’s Kapalua is hiring Cocktail / Point Servers.
We’re looking for energetic hospitality professionals who enjoy fast-paced service and creating a great time for guests. At Merriman’s, our goal is to deliver one of the best guest experiences in the world — when guests are having a great time, our team is too.
This role is ideal for servers who thrive in a high-energy environment, enjoy working with drinks and service flow, and want to grow within a respected Hawaii-based restaurant group.
Pay and Benefits
Base pay: $14 per hour + tips (higher based on experience)
Typical annual earnings potential: $60,000 to $100,000+

PTO accrual: up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3, and 120 hours after year 4
