Line Cook – Full-Time Position

Merriman’s Kapalua is hiring Line Cooks.
Having a chef as founder and owner of our restaurants makes Merriman’s a fantastic kitchen for anyone who loves to cook and is looking for a career in food service. We work with great ingredients, strong cooking techniques, and we will train.

Pay and Benefits

• Total pay: $37 to $39 per hour

• Base pay: $19.25 per hour (based on experience)

• Kitchen surcharge: $12 to $14 per hour on top of base pay
  (4% service charge on food is allocated 100% to hourly kitchen employees)

• Tip sharing: approx. $4 per hour

• Holiday pay: BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve

• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available

• 401(k) eligibility after 1 year

• PTO accrual: up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3, and 120 hours after year 4
