Floor Manager – Full-Time Position
Merriman’s Kapalua on Maui is seeking a Floor Manager to join our management team.
Located oceanfront in Kapalua, we’re looking for a passionate, dynamic leader who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and helping build an exceptional dining atmosphere.

Qualifications
Flexible schedule required
Restaurant experience required
2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
4-year college degree preferred
Pay and Benefits
Base salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity: $7,500 to $10,000 additional per year
In-house dining allowance: $5,000 per year
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available
401(k) eligibility after 1 year
PTO accrual: up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3, and 120 hours after year 4
50% employee discount (available at other Merriman’s restaurants and Monkeypod)
Daily family meal

Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 per year (plus bonus)
