Reservations
Dinner reservations are recommended, and we suggest you phone at least 24 hours in advance. To make reservations please call Merriman's at (808) 885-6822, send an email to office@merrimanshawaii.com or complete the form below with the necessary information. We will contact you with a confirmation within 24 hours.
We do our best to accommodate the special dietary requirements of our guests. When making your reservation, please inform us of your special request.
Hours:
Lunch: Monday thru Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: Daily, 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Group Reservations:
We require at least 72 hours in advance notice. For more information, please contact Leny Andrade at (808)885-6822 or leny@merrimanshawaii.com.
Dress Code: casual or resort attire recommended

Menu Selections
Merriman's purchases produce from the local island farmers daily. These seasonal and fresh products are used both in our menu and in the chef's nightly specials. If your timing is right, you might find Opakapaka (local Hawaiian pink snapper) served with a Sauce of Tropical Apricot.
This harmony between the farmer, the season and the chef create the dining experience at Merriman's that brings people back to the island year after year.
